Cancellation Policy - NO EXCEPTIONS - You are purchasing a seat in a class that will sell out, if not cancelled 10 days prior to the class, student/organization will be responsible for payment in full. NO REFUNDS. The class will only be cancelled for heavy rain, cancellation will be made by email and website. If cancelled for heavy rain, the student will be scheduled for a future class. NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS

 

During private classes that we travel to, every effort to reschedule will be made. If there are rental fees for lots or hotels paid and class can not be rescheduled. That money will not be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS.

This is not a beginner motorcycle class, You must have a valid Motorcycle license. 

Each student is advised that while participating in this course you are undertaking certain risks which could result in personal injury and or damage to your motorcycle. By registering for this course, you accept full responsibility for any injury or damage to your motorcycle and that you have insurance for yourself and motorcycle.

By registering for a class you are agreeing that you understand the following:

  • All riders understand that taking this or any motorcycle training course involves certain risks to yourself and your motorcycle.

  • You have insurance on yourself and your motorcycle. You take full responsibility for your actions and will not hold ProRider Southern Arizona, LLC, or any of their instructors or facilities, liable for any injury to yourself or any damage to your motorcycle.

  • All riders must provide their own motorcycle in safe operating condition and wear proper protective riding gear including a DOT-approved helmet, eye protection, full finger gloves, durable long pants (no holes, no athletic pants of any kind), long sleeve jacket and sturdy over the ankle (high top sneakers  not acceptable) while on the course.

  • YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TAKE THE CLASS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER RIDING GEAR AND YOUR MOTORCYCLE IS NOT IN SAFE OPERATING CONDITION! YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN THE WAVIERS AND RELEASE FORMS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
